From last-minute timeline shifts to unexpected hiccups, we’ve truly seen it all, and we’re always prepared to step in calmly and make it work. Our goal is simple: to handle the details, solve problems before you even notice them, and allow you to be fully present and enjoy every moment of your day with confidence and peace of mind.

What to expect 

Prior to event

  • Meet in person or online to understand day plan  

  • Find missing details

Rehearsal​

  • Attend and lead the wedding rehearsal so that everyone knows when to walk and where to sit

  • Event flow planning

 

Day of coordination and time management

  • Coordination of entire event beginning to end 

  • Problem-solving in real time, so unexpected issues never reach you

  • Assist guests, vendors, wedding party 

  • Guarantee Event Flow (transitions, food line, dessert line)

  • Sees that MC, music, videographer and photographer are in sync

  • Wedding emergency kit that includes all sorts of health, fashion, and beauty essentials. Also a sewing machine.

  • Attend to bride’s needs

  • Take responsibility for the marriage license

  • Coordinate distribution of final payments

  • Facilitate moving the wedding gifts

  • Checking off with the contract and venue before we leave
